Terms & Conditions

1. Services
Velour Creative Studios provides branding and web design services to clients on a project basis. All services, deliverables, scope, and timelines are outlined in a separate client agreement or proposal, which forms a binding part of our working relationship.

2. Payment
A deposit is required before any project work begins. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement. Velour Creative Studios reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery of work until outstanding balances are settled.

3. Revisions
Revision rounds are included as specified in your project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will always be communicated transparently before any extra work begins.

4. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment in full. Velour Creative Studios retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality
Any business information shared during our working relationship will be treated with discretion and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of cancellation may be invoiced at our standard rate.

7. Limitation of Liability
Velour Creative Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the project in question.

8. Website Use

All content on this website including copy, imagery, and branding is the property of Velour Creative Studios and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, United States.
